My Quest 12

Hey Fam,

I just wanted to let you in on a commitment that I've made. I usualy keep this stuff to myself but this time I want people to know and hold me accountable. The place where I work out has put together a "biggest loser" type challenge that started yesterday, it is called Quest 12. Twelve weeks to a new you. We were assigned to groups and each group as a trainer. It is designed on a point system and there are many ways to gain and lose points. I'm super excited about this "quest" and super nervous to. My weight has been a strugle for a while now and I'm afraid that if something doesn't change now, it will become a much bigger problem. Please be praying for me during these 12 weeks that I will have courage, commitment, and WILLPOWER!
